Week 2 Measurements: 1 1/2 inches on my Waist and Hips so Far!

Here are my measurements for the week with my loss so far!  Waist, hips and weight are doing fabulous!  Arms and thighs are a little slower.  They'll catch up though!  I'm excited that my pants are fitting me better!  Now let's just keep going!

Yesterday my thighs were super sore so I didn't work out.  Today I did level 1 of the Shred.  Level 1 makes my abs sore and the other levels make my thighs sore.  My eating hasn't been amazing today.  I had Lucky Charms for breakfast and then I went out to lunch and had a big ol' crepe with turkey, havarti cheese and cranberry spread and a butternut squash soup plus an Italian cream soda... That's a lot of calories.  Dinner was ok calorie-wise.  I had pasta with boneless skinless chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella cheese. 

I am having the worst week ever.  I would love to eat junk and drown my sorrows in Dr. Pepper and Cherry Coke, but I've been good.  I didn't even have a fresh chocolate chip cookie at Enrichment Night last night.  I'm proud of myself. 

Tomorrow is measurement and weight day.  We'll see how it goes.  *sigh*

Day 10: tmi alert

Last week I worked out 5 times.  I did 2 days of level 1 of the Shred.  One day of level 2 and one of level 3... then a day of yoga because I was nursing my burns from my Brazilian laser hair removal treatment.  It was HOPEFULLY the last one, but I have another scheduled on my underarms (#7).  I'm tired of having burns in the worst possible place!  I didn't work out on Saturday or Sunday because they hurt too bad.

I started a colon cleanse on Friday.  I didn't plan to, but I found two bottles of colon cleanse and they expire this month, so cleanse it is!  I've been going to the bathroom way more than I care to.

Yesterday I did level 1 of the Shred and today I did level 2.  I've been eating well, so *crossing my fingers* hopefully I can see another loss on the scale and measuring tape this week.

Right now I'm tired and hungry.  The end.
