So far, so good

It's only been one full day but that one day went well.  I felt hungry a lot, but I'm coming off a holiday binge.  I'm using fitday.com to track my eating, exercising and weight/measurements to really keep me on track this month. 

Yesterday I ate around 1200 calories.  I burned around 2500 calories.  200 of that 2500 calories was me doing the 30 Day Shred.  The rest is my lifestyle (mostly sitting, some movement).  I weighed in today at 187 which is great at a 3lb loss, but I won't get excited until doing my Week 1 measurements on Monday.

Day 2, here I come!
