Ever since I bought my house almost a year ago I've really just not given a crap about eating right or working out. I haven't wanted to go on dates. And I haven't been wanting to impress anyone. I quit my job 8 months ago and just haven't been very active. My lifestyle has slowed down physically A LOT. And because of that my weight and fat has gone up... way too much. I've just been content with not caring about my weight.
I'm going on a cruise in a month (wahoo!) and I would really like to lose 2 inches on my hips and 2 inches on my waist in the 30 days before I go. I bought 2 beautiful formal dresses for cruise dinners and I will be spending a lot of time in a swimming suit. This is the heaviest I've been in a very long time and I've got to slim down. This 2 inches really isn't much, but it will be a start and let me feel a little better for pics on the cruise.
The plan is to start the 30 Day Shred again since I did well on it last time. I'm also DONE with carbonation (Cherry Coke & Dr. Pepper) and really just done drinking anything but water. Desserts are out along with big portions and too many carbs. Wish me luck!!!
