Happy Dance

My clothes are starting to fit a little better, so I thought I'd grab the scale & measuring tape.

April 5, 2012

Hips- 43 1/2 (-2 1/2)
Waist- 36 1/2 (-2)
Weight- 182 (-8lb)

The loss listed is since the first of the year.  Not too shabby for not even trying.  I haven't been drinking soda pop and I've avoided excess sweets/desserts, but that's about it.

In the last couple of weeks I've lost an inch on my hips, half an inch on my waist and 31/2 lbs...  HOORAY!!!
